13. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Request

6.1. TradingPulse AI offers refunds for both the **1-month and 3-month subscription plans**under the following conditions:

6.1.1. The 1-month subscription plan: You can cancel and request a refund **within two(2) days** from the initial activation and payment. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

6.1.2. The 3-month subscription plan: You can cancel and request a refund **within two(2) days** from the initial activation and payment. Refund requests submitted after thisperiod will not be considered.

6.2. Refunds are **not applicable** to subscription renewals beyond the initial period. It isyour sole responsibility to manage your subscription before renewal.

6.3. Refunds are issued **at the sole discretion** of Meister LTD and are not guaranteed. Wewill not issue refunds for accidental or unauthorized purchases.

6.4. To request a refund, contact **support@tradingpulseAI.com**. We will endeavor torespond within **three (3) business days**.

6.5. Refunds will be processed in **fiat currency** and should be received within **three (3)to five (5) business days**. Refunds will not be issued in cryptocurrency.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the **laws of Cyprus**.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through **negotiation**. If a resolution cannot bereached, disputes will be handled by the **courts of Cyprus**.
